Madison heights is hosting a Luau party for Adult transition programs the name of there program is Meto we will going to  the middle school  a luau is a type of dance it a transition from Hawaii we will get to dance to the music and  play games a popular symbol for a luau is a Hawaii shirt  plane on dressing for the the them by wearing a Hawaii shirt and shorts and cross there will be be a prize for the best drees   student from each program I am looking forward to food and prize 

 I have a membership to planet fitness working out makes me feel happy when use the machine I need to wipe down the my machine with paper towel and spray my favorite way to get cardio exercises is the treadmill my fever way to get exercise with weights is the step master and bike . a 

 all the I like to relax watch TV and have a snacks . I like to watch TV in my bedroom room of my house some of my favorite TV shows are catdog and spongebob SquarePants . I like to snack on chips and banana and drinks soda pop. when I watch TV .

 on the weekdays during the evenings I need to keep myself busy sitting at home on the couch watching TV and playing on my phone is not the only option having a hobby means taking part in an activity you're  interested in I can look at local website to find out upcoming events and making plants to attend this give them  this can give me new opportunities to taking part in with friends and family a current hobby I enjoy is riding my bike and go for a jog and go swimming and and cleaning the car 

 planing for my future makes me feel happy part of being an adult means I have to make important I want to have a say and share my opinions with others I will be graduating from trails when I turn 26  years old I have 4 years left in the program I plan  on living with my family in the future I want to attend school similar to trails when I graduate  a field trip  I want to go on before my last year is downtown royal oak I want to work at national Coney island 

 I like to help  others and being nice and being  kind and help my family out with the dishes and doing the laundry and vacuum the rug and help clean, when others are kind to me makes me feel happy.
