day light savings 2026-2027
on Sunday our clocks well be seat an hour for day light savings time .I will to help set clocks in the house this means we will be loosing an hour of sleep. to help me adjust to this change I should to sleep an hour earlier this will help me feel better rested I well go to bed on Saturday night 10:00 pm. the positive part about daylight savings is we are on day closer to the first day of spring we will slowly gain each day.
